## What we buy (Q4 2026)

Ten groups: raw materials, packaging and freight. For each group: substance classes, key requirements and the order of annual volume. Trade names, current suppliers and per-item volumes are discussed after the first contact.

### SUP-01. Nitrocellulose (Binders)

Alcohol-soluble nitrocellulose (SS type), wetted with ethanol or isopropanol.

## From the first email to regular deliveries

Four steps, the same for manufacturers and distributors. We only switch raw materials after an industrial trial, so the path takes months. After it, the supplier gets planned volumes.

### 01. Price and offer

### 02. Laboratory sample

We test dispersion, viscosity, colour on X-Rite, print a proof on the RK Proofer and check adhesion. The test report goes back to the supplier. (Test report)

### 03. Industrial trial batch

A trial in real production. Afterwards we fix the specification and tolerances. (In production)

### 04. First commercial batch

Framework agreement and a quarterly volume plan. Every lot passes incoming inspection; the supplier gets the result within 48 hours. (Regular deliveries)
